One pitfall of the comeback is that it won’t really work for everyone. It aims to balance out uneven parts of the frame. But basically the key ingredient to carry it on all off is sheer confidence and stylistic angst.

Femininity, this time, is the highlight of the modified sheer tops that are taking over the scene. Unlike the first release during the 90’s, it is more discreet yet still attention-grabbing. It’s all over the pretty blouses, telling the whole world “I’m beautiful�.”
