She claims that the vinegar flushes out the fat in her colon, assists in digestion, and reduces her food cravings. Well, if you down one, you’re sure to lose your appetite.

She adds a bit of flavoring to make the experience smoother. According to her, she adds two tablespoons of organic apple cider that makes the vinegar swallowing a bit more palatable.

A NEW year is coming! New styles, designs, trends, and fashion are expected. What kind of fashion do you think would be “in” or “out” in the year 2008?

We usually see the latest trend in celebrities especially when we watch awards night, TV shows, movies, etc… Celebrities somehow dictate what would be the new fads in town.

In 2008, the following fashion would be “in”:

Spring/Summer 2008 – sporty style, floral colors, and glossy cottons
Autumn/Winter 2008 – knitted clothing, round and square cuts, coats, shades of blue, black and white
Fall/Winter 2008 – Accessories (Swarovski)

We cannot limit the new designs and styles that will be developed or reused next year. Aside from our celebrity icons who influence us a lot in fashion, we can also make our own fashion statement. There’s nothing to be afraid of as long as we can express ourselves through our own and unique styles.
